KANTETSU Account deletion

Deleting your data, or your account

Last updated 22 September 2026

Kantetsu is published by Systems Atlas Project, and it signs you in with a Systems Atlas account — the same one that signs you into Konki, Shutoku, Raigambre and Bottou. So there are two different things you may want to delete, and they are done in two different places.

Delete Kantetsu’s data — in the app, immediate

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete Kantetsu data.
  3. Confirm with Delete permanently.

This happens straight away and you do not need to contact us first. It removes:

  • every rule you wrote, including its description and its schedule
  • every day you marked kept or broken
  • every note you wrote about a day
  • your "what's driving you" statement

It also erases all of it from the device you are using, and from every other device you sync to. Your Systems Atlas account is not deleted and your data in the other apps is not affected — you can sign back in to Kantetsu afterwards and start again. Nothing is kept in a recoverable form. This cannot be undone.

Delete your Systems Atlas account — on the website

Go to systemsatlasproject.com/account/apps and sign in with the same email and password you use in the app. That page lists every app your account holds data in, and can delete the account outright — your email address, your stored password, and everything all five apps hold for you.

It is done there rather than in the app because deleting your account removes your data from all five apps at once, and that is a decision worth making somewhere you can see all five. Each app is told to delete your data, and that is retried until every one confirms.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed and cannot sign in on the website, write to kantetsu@systemsatlasproject.com from the email address your account uses, and say whether you want Kantetsu’s data or the whole account deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

What is not deleted

If you have ever asked for a password-reset email, that email is in your own inbox and in the logs of the service that delivered it. The code inside it stopped working an hour after it was sent, and it is not linked to anything once your account is gone.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server connection logs, which record that a request was made but not what you wrote.

A note on signing out

Signing out is not the same as deleting your account. It removes your rules, logged days and notes from this device, and leaves your account and everything synced to it exactly as it was. Kantetsu offers to upload this device's data before it signs you out, and tells you plainly what each choice does. Sign back in and everything comes down again.

Deleting the app on its own deletes nothing on the server. If you want Kantetsu’s data gone, or the account itself, use the routes above.
